Cecilia Hayes has over 25 years of human resources experience promoting and espousing leadership practices with a strong foundation in empathy and compassion. The majority of her experience is in high technology, specializing in the start-up, M&A, and turn-around markets.

As an organizational development consultant, Cecilia focuses on executive coaching for both up-and-coming and experienced leaders, performing comprehensive 360 evaluations at regular frequencies or key transition points. The focus for compensation plans is on aligning incentive and reward programs with organizational values to make employees feel valued as well as reaching business objectives.
Experience
Cecilia’s experience includes extensive consulting and as Vice President of Human Resources for S3 for ten years, during which time the company grew to over 750 employees, acquired two companies, gained close to $1 billion in revenue and underwent a successful IPO. She served in the same role for three years for Crossing Automation, until successfully acquired by Brooks Automation.

Start-up consulting experience includes companies like Audience and Inphi, which Cecilia worked with during high growth periods, both experienced successful IPOs. Larger and publicly held clients include Ikanos, Brooks Automation, and InvenSense.
Current clients include Wisdom IC, a China based start-up, Calypto Systems Design, EDA market, Morphlabs, Cloud Solutions for Service Providers, and InvenSense, Publicly held MEMS chip technology.
