What can we learn from an HR Audit?

An HR Audit will identify the areas of strength and competencies of the current function, and
what might warrant a deeper dive to make change recommendations. The audit covers the full employee life cycle, including the recruiting process, on-boarding practice, compensation methodology, benefits’ value, organizational design and talent development program, performance management process and legal compliance.

How do leaders determine if there is a need for a facilitator?

A facilitator provides a framework for a discussion among other people. Group sizes range from two people to a group of 30. Facilitation by an unbiased, external person can be helpful when discussing difficult topics, such as addressing performance challenges, DEIB-related topics, strategic decision-making meetings, change management, or core values reflections.

HR Professionals can be coached to become role models and lead teams to develop effective leadership skills. The earlier in their career, the better. Recently she has had exposure to countries in Africa and the Americas outside the US. Competencies include building bridges across cultures in pursuit of a common vision, designing country specific compensation and reward structures, labor laws, and developing/coaching leaders with a global
mindset.
